THE PRIZE

A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the winner subject to the winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:

  • A 4-night trip for 2 adults to Nashville staying in Gaylord Opryland Resort in a double room.
  • The prize includes two return tickets to Nashville (Maximum value of $2000).
  • Transportation of passengers and baggage is subject to airlines' own terms and conditions.
  • The four-night stay is based on availability and blackout dates will apply.
  • Airport transfers are not included.
  • Guests must be aged 21 or over.
  • The prize cannot be amended once booked.
  • Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to book winners preferred dates – but booking is not guaranteed. 
  • The winners must ensure that they have the correct travel documentation and obtain the relevant Visas. 
  • Such travel documentation is at the sole expense of the winner. Failure to be granted a Visa and or have the necessary travel documentation will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the date and substitute with another date.
  • We require winner name, contact number, postal address & email to facilitate the prize.
  • Not for resale, not transferable, there is no cash alternative. 
  • Winner agrees to provide marketing for CountryLine brands.

COMPETITION ENTRY END DATE

Competition closes 31th March 2025 23:59

Any entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

WINNER SELECTION

A winner will be selected at Random from all entered members.

ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

  • 21 years or over by the entry end date.
  • Employees (and their friends or family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition,  are excluded from entering the competition and their entries will not be considered.
  • Travel must occur by March 31, 2026. 
  • Must be age 21+. Based on availability; holidays and some weekends are excluded and other blackout dates may apply. Not redeemable for cash. Not transferable nor eligible for date extension. Please allow a minimum two week lead time for processing. 

ROUTES OF ENTRY, VOTING TERMS & COSTS

Any CountryLine.tv subscriber that meets the criteria above by the closing date will automatically be in the draw to win. 

Entry is available by the https://countryline.lpages.co/nashville-competition-landing-page/ landing page or other associated landing pages shared within marketing . A Name and valid email address is required to subscribe. 

Once notified via email – the selected subscriber will have 48 hours to acknowledge the email and provide the required information. Failure to do so will result in them forfeiting the prize. 

For the avoidance of doubt – 48 hours commences when the email has been sent from CountryLine. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the subscriber receiving the communication.


To be the winner of the prize, the subscriber needs to satisfy all the rules outlined above.  

In this event another winner will be selected, and the same rules apply. 

The competition is free to enter.


JUDGING DETAILS

One winner will be picked at random from all entrants as outlined above.

CountryLine reserves the right to announce the winner across their own channels

DATA PROTECTION

Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses) will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. 

By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK rules For further read see our privacy terms. 

 

By opting in when registering subscribers agree to marketing from Countline.tv and Opry Entertainment Group.


OTHER CONDITIONS

Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted.

The promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the terms.

The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
